Retail Management Assistant© (RMA) is a tool for the gasoline outlet operator that provides management and control of all aspects of the business from gasoline sales and inventories to C-Store operations. It covers the whole operation from the selling of gasoline and other products to the control and pricing of the merchandise in the “back court” C-Store, car wash and service bays.
It is designed to interface seamlessly with the leading Gasoline Point of Sale (POS) System in Canada - the Bulloch BT 9000© plus providing up-to-date accounting and sales feeds to either “Simply Accouning©” or Quick Books©.
RMA Features
- Price Book… maintain day to day control of all products sold at the outlet, their pricing, price groups, shelf labels and the inventory/ordering of outlet merchandise. An electronic download of current prices and other sku/plu parameters to the Bulloch BT9000.
- Fuel Management… track fuel deliveries, daily dips and daily sales of gasoline and diesel products and automatically produce the required gasoline and diesel reconciliation report (dip book) as required by all regulatory agencies. Blended products and manifolded storage tanks are also supported.
- POS (Bulloch BT9000©) Utilities… from the back office maintain point-of-sale hot keys, payouts from the till, accounts receivable and U.S. exchange rate.
- Sales Processing & Reporting… RMA electronically downloads daily sales data and processes Bulloch shift data on a shift by shift, day by day or if you so choose two, three or more… days at a time; the choice is yours and you may change your mind how you wish to do it at any time. Detailed sales reports summarized by category/department or down to the detailed level of items by sale within category may be produced. Fuel sales are summarized by mode of operation (full and self-serve) and reporting can handle both (or a mixture of both) owned or commissioned product. Sales data is held on your back-office computer for 13 months before automatic archiving; and data is available for the operator to write his/her own customized reports using any of a number of standard reporting software (not included) such as Microsoft accessă, Crystal Reportsă, etc…
- Import/Export… RMA may be connected to all of your Bulloch BT9000© paypoints electronically using either wireless or wired network connections, the choice is yours. Upload to the BT9000© the price book and other Bulloch support and download the daily sales files from the comfort of your office or home( additional equipment may be required)… wherever you manage your business from. Best of all these uploads and downloads are non-intrusive to the operation of the Bulloch BT9000 and your store staff.
